Q. Why Soy?
Soy candle burn
cleaner and longer than paraffin candles, and are better for
the environment and the United States economy. We use only
the finest fragrances that scent the air quickly and lasts
throughout the life of the candle. These uniquely scented,
hand poured candles are truly a healthier replacement to
traditional paraffin candles.

unique formula, we are able to drench our candles with the
scent of your choice, giving our candles a much stronger
aroma that lasts the entire life of the candle.

Soy candles are
non-toxic and non-carcinogenic.

Soy candles have
a more accurate scent throw- the scent you smell when you
first open the candle is the same as when it is burning and
will continue to be the same the last day you burn it.

Soy candles burn
10-20% longer than paraffin candles of the same size.

Soy wax is also
water-soluble, which makes it an easy clean up with just
soap and water.

Q. How do I place
an order?
A. We at Blue Moon Candle Company have tried to make your

you sell your candles wholesale?
A. Yes, we do sell wholesale to qualified and approved

Q. Is the
wax you use 100% natural?
A. Yes, our soy wax is 100% natural.

Q. Should I trim
the wick?
A. We recommend only trimming the wick if a mushroom shape
develops. This would be a small clump found on the very tip
of the wick. Soy wax does require a much longer wick than
other waxes so if it is trimmed too short, the wick could
drown out. Please follow the directions found on the bottom
of each jar, tin, or other packaging.

Q. Will the candles leave black soot on the jar or in my
home?
A. As long as the candle is burned properly according to the
instructions found on the bottom of the jar, tin, or
packaging, there should not be any black soot residue left
anywhere. Also remember to keep candles out of any drafty
areas.

Q. Do your candles have a strong scent throw?
A. Yes, our candles are scented with the maximum amount of
high-quality fragrance the wax will allow.

What causes white marks on my candles?
A. Occasionally white marks may appear on the candle due to
the nature of the soy wax. The benefits of soy wax far
outweigh any appearance flaws.
